ALIGNMENT
A shared course
A shared course on a hard call. Disagreement is still allowed. The difference is that you now disagree about the same thing.
HOMETHE ACCELERATORTHE LEADERSHIP TEAM
LEVEL 02 / YOUR TEAM
A shared programme where the whole group reaches the same level on your own decisions. Six parallel conversations about AI become one, and you gain a shared basis for choosing where AI creates value.
01 / THE PROBLEM
In most leadership teams, the distance between the person furthest ahead and the person who has not started is greater than anyone says out loud. It does not show up as disagreement. It shows up as silence.
The imbalance is a conversation problem more than a competence problem. That is why a course does not solve it.
02 / SEVEN SHARED CAPABILITIES
None of them require a technical background. Together they make the group able to choose, lead and stand behind the organisation's use of AI.
The leader needs no technical background. The aim is to understand AI well enough to ask sharp questions and make sharp choices.
Telling when AI is interesting from when it is strategically important.
Connecting AI to a problem, an opportunity or a new source of value.
The leader moves the focus from using AI to the work itself. Which tasks change, what the machine can take, and where people keep control.
AI works through people. Adoption is a leadership job about mindset, capability and clarity through the change. Here I work with you on resistance, fear, shifting professional identity and professional grief.
AI creates new choices about accountability, security, bias, compliance and human control.
AI has to be tested, documented, prioritised and scaled.
03 / THE RESULTS
I work with you on decisions you actually have to make. No textbook cases and no anonymised examples from another industry. That is why the results are your own too.
ALIGNMENT
A shared course on a hard call. Disagreement is still allowed. The difference is that you now disagree about the same thing.
OPTIONS
Several paths forward, laid side by side and weighed against your goals.
PRIORITIES
A ranking of what AI should be used for, and what to invest in.
DECISIONS
Choices made on solid ground. Plus real artifacts from your own work: memos, business cases and frameworks for responsibility and control.
04 / THE OUTCOME
Six parallel conversations about AI become one.
The team has a shared language and a shared basis for choosing where AI creates value. You know what to invest in, and why.
The priorities are your own, built on your own cases and written by the people who will follow them.05 / THE ORDER
No, but it is recommended, and there is a reason. The programme works because the most senior leader can lead from the front. If you have been through the belts yourself, you know what you are asking of the group.
You can read level 01 and level 03 to see what comes before and after.
06 / QUESTIONS
Then that becomes material for the programme. Resistance in a leadership team usually points to something real: a risk, a responsibility, or an experience with something that did not work last time. I run it as a case like any other.
The sessions themselves, and some work in between on your own cases. Preparation is kept deliberately light, because the programme is built for people with a full calendar.
Yes, but not together. The format relies on people speaking freely about decisions they share responsibility for. Put two groups in the same room and they stop.
No. The prerequisite is leadership experience. That holds on all three levels.
The price depends on the size of the group and the scope, and I cover it in the conversation. There are no packages to choose from on this page, because the programme is not a package.
NEXT STEP
A conversation about where you stand, and whether the Accelerator is the right next step for you or your organisation.
BOOK A CONFIDENTIAL CONVERSATIONIf you would rather ask a question first, you are welcome to write to Tom@LeadershipAnd.AI.
