01 / PRIVACY POLICY

What the site stores about you, and why.

The site sets no cookies for measurement or marketing. This page covers everything that happens to your data when you visit or sign up.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Tom Hansen, LeadershipAnd.AI. You can always write to me at Tom@LeadershipAnd.AI about anything on this page.

Measuring visits

I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the pages and which pages they read. The measurement runs in a mode without cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser, and you are not recognised from page to page or from visit to visit.

When you open a page, your browser sends a request to Google with the page address, the page title, the language, the screen size and your IP address. Google uses the IP address to determine an approximate country and does not store it with the measurement. Google Ireland Limited is the processor. Data may be processed in the USA, where Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Cookies needed to run the site

The site is hosted by Wix. Wix sets two technical cookies that keep the site stable and protect it against abuse. They contain no information about who you are and are not used for measurement or marketing. Because the site cannot be shown without them, they do not require consent.

When you sign up

If you sign up for the weekly note, for news about the book or for the newsletter, I store your email address, what you asked for, which page you signed up from and when. The sign-up is stored in the site's form module at Wix and sent as an email to News@LeadershipAnd.AI. That email is the record of your consent.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You withdraw it by replying to one of my emails or by writing to Tom@LeadershipAnd.AI. I then delete your sign-up. I also delete it if you have not opened anything from me for two years.

Wix.com Ltd. is the processor. Wix is headquartered in Israel, which the EU has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, and uses the EU standard contractual clauses where data is processed outside the EU.

Booking a conversation

The booking buttons lead to Calendly, an independent service with its own privacy policy. The site sends no information to Calendly until you click.

What the site does not do

The site has no adverts, no cross-site tracking and no social buttons that send data before you click them. The fonts are hosted on the site itself and are not fetched from Google. I do not sell or share your data with anyone other than the processors named here.

Your rights

You have the right to know what I have recorded about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can object, and you can ask to receive your data. Write to Tom@LeadershipAnd.AI, and I will answer within a month.

If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.

NEXT STEP

The first step is a confidential conversation.

A conversation about where you stand, and whether the Accelerator is the right next step for you or your organisation.
