HOMERESOURCES

01 / RESOURCES

Tools built in practice.

I am one advisor, and I deliver like a team. I have built my own layer on top of AI. Here are the 22 tools behind it. Participants get them in hand. More are added over time.

02 / FIVE CATEGORIES

22 tools, grouped by what they give you.

Every tool was built in daily work for real clients, April to July 2026. Names are hidden behind role and trade. The tools are also course material. In the Accelerator you learn to build your own.

03 / FOUNDATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE

What carries everything else.

  1. 01

    The workspace and productivity system

A working space that sets itself up. It remembers and learns from its own work. Tasks, clients and lessons sit in one place. It ships as a plugin and can be handed on.

  2. 02

Chief of Staff and Digital Partner Factory

An operating system in two plugins. One runs the work with gates and memory. The other builds digital co-workers from a short brief. No code.

  3. 03

    Outlook integration with a workbench

A bridge of his own between AI and Outlook. Seven functions for mail and calendar. AI writes drafts and books meetings. The human keeps send and delete.

04 / QUALITY AND AUDIT-READINESS

Correct, source-bound and ready for audit.

  1. 04

    Self-audit, quality and measurement

A check assumes every answer holds errors, and tests it. It leaves a trail that can be audited. A model puts the impact in numbers.

  2. 05

    Writing style

A style gate in code reads every text before it goes out. It catches AI patterns and banned phrasing. In Danish and English. The quality does not depend on the day.

  3. 06

    Truth

Every claim must trace back to a source. If not, it gets marked uncertain. The leader sees what is proven and what is a guess.

  4. 07

    Victor the Voice

The last voice layer before a text goes out. It rewrites AI-sounding prose so it reads like a person. Only the voice is touched. Never the content.

  5. 08

A quality contract for learning material

Every concept must have a matching graphic and a real example. Code holds that rule on every delivery.

  6. 09

    Line-by-line reading

Every line in every file is read from start to finish. Images inside documents get seen too. An analysis rests on the whole material.

05 / SPEED ON DELIVERABLES

From raw material to finished deliverable.

  1. 10

    The HTML deliverable family

One finished file that opens in a browser. No attachments and no login. The machine tests layout and clicks before the file goes out.

  2. 11

    Facilitator presentations

Decks with deep speaker notes. Answers to the hard questions, word for word. Sources behind every claim.

  3. 12

    Campaign flows with fixed stops

Larger builds split into phases. The human approves at every crossing. Nothing is built on a loose guess.

  4. 13

    Blog flow

A blog post goes from idea to live in one managed flow. Scoring, voice, style check and full SEO. One stop for approval before it goes out.

  5. 14

    The conversion layer

Five tools make every file type readable for AI: PDF with OCR, spreadsheets, Word and the rest. No file has to be fixed by hand.

  6. 15

    Meeting analysis

One meeting transcript becomes two notes: one internal and one external. A check demands evidence for every reading.

06 / KNOWLEDGE, RESEARCH AND PERSONAL SETUPS

Setups that match the person. Knowledge that keeps itself current.

  1. 16

The personal package with My Human Method and Pattern Audit

A map of how you work. It turns into an AI setup that is ready at once. The tool meets your way of working from the first prompt.

  2. 17

    Knowledge base and WIKI kit

A knowledge base the model keeps current itself. It is built on 78 meeting transcripts. Plus a kit, so a reader with no tech background can build their own.

  3. 18

    Company profiling

A profile of a company through five lenses. Every answer carries a source and a confidence level. Ready for choices that must hold up.

  4. 19

    Skill builder

A fixed method turns a repeated flow into a stable tool. From brief to finished and tested skill.

  5. 20

    HIVE

Fixed roles in the working space. They moved across from a proven prompt with no loss of quality.

07 / SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENTS

Built for one. Anonymised to role and industry.

  1. 21

    Executive War Room

Built for a CEO in fintech. Mail and calendar are sorted into five lanes by his own rules. A weekly tune makes the sorting sharper.

  2. 22

    Working across two computers

Setup and context do not move between two machines. An analysis and a guide fix that. The user knows what follows the account, and what stays on the machine.

Participants in the Accelerator and Humanix get the tools with the programme. More are added here.

NEXT STEP

The first step is a confidential conversation.

A conversation about where you stand, and whether the Accelerator is the right next step for you or your organisation.
