GENERIC
The course does not know you
A standard course cannot use your cases, your customers or your rules. The employee has to translate from the example to their own work, and most do not.

LEVEL 03 / YOUR ORGANISATION
Level 03 is a programme across levels, with e-learning, workshops and training on real work. You become the one who teaches, and that is the version that still lives when the consultant has gone home.
01 / THE PROBLEM
Most organisations have tried it already. A course was bought, a link was sent out, and completion was measured. Half a year later people work the way they always did. There are three reasons, and none of them are about the employees.
GENERIC
A standard course cannot use your cases, your customers or your rules. The employee has to translate from the example to their own work, and most do not.
NO SENDER
When the material comes from a vendor, nobody in the house gets asked for advice afterwards. So it stops at the last module, because there is no one to bring the next question to.
WRONGLY MEASURED
A high completion rate says that people clicked on. It says nothing about what is done differently on Monday, and that is the only thing worth paying for.
02 / THE MODEL
The material is built so you can deliver it. You know the organisation, you have the authority, and you have already been through the substance yourself. The black belt in the Accelerator ends with you training your own team, so you can hand the programme on. Level 03 is that movement, rolled out across the whole organisation.
People copy what their leader does. A module does not change that. That is the whole reason level 03 is built this way.
03 / THE RHYTHM
The core is shared by everyone. The depth and the use shift with responsibility, so the basics take little time at the top and more close to operations. The e-learning addresses two things: the leader's level and the leader's own day. The level sets the depth, and the person sets the content.
A shared starting point before workshops, tracks by role, preparation before meetings and repetition after. Learning when you need it, and a way in for new leaders.
Discussion, choices and a shared course. The shared time goes to use, priorities and your own cases, because the understanding is already in place.
Use and experiments on your own work. Your own examples go into the material, so the programme stops being generic.
Learning and measured impact. Changed behaviour is what gets measured, so you can see what actually became different, and what needs adjusting.
04 / THE RESPONSIBILITY
We deliver content and method. We do not touch your systems, your data or your policies, and we do not become a vendor you have to negotiate with in three years to use your own material.
05 / THE OUTCOME
Your organisation learns from you.
That is why it stays. There is someone in the house to bring the next question to.You gain the ability to turn AI into value that can be measured and defended.
The programme keeps running when we are gone. That was the whole point of building it this way.06 / QUESTIONS
No, and it is rarely a good idea. Start with the people who already have their hands in it, and with the functions where an hour a week is easy to spot. Broad rollout without a place to use it only creates noise.
Yes. The material is delivered so it can go into your platform. We do not bring a platform you have to run, and we do not ask you to move something that works.
The start is the short part, the breadth is the long one. The pace is set by how fast you can supply your own examples for the material, and that is an internal task. We cannot speed it up from outside.
Then the material does not have to be rewritten. The method is platform-agnostic, and that is one of the reasons it is built on judgement and not on one tool's menus.
The price depends on the scope, and we cover it in the conversation. There are no packages to choose from on this page, because a rollout is not a package.
NEXT STEP
No pitch and no obligation. A conversation about where you stand, and whether the Accelerator is the right next step for you or your organisation.
